Professional Experience
Mr. Cavanagh is a registered patent attorney who has represented clients ranging from start-ups to large multi-national corporations, with an emphasis on the procurement and exploitation of high technology intellectual property assets.
Mr. Cavanagh has substantial experience in patent prosecution before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, including reexaminations and appeals to the Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences, as well as providing patent litigation enforcement or defense support services.
Before joining Klein, O’Neill & Singh, LLP, Mr. Cavanagh was a partner with Christie, Parker & Hale, and previously was a senior engineer with the Hughes Aircraft Company.
