Mr. Wilbar has over twenty years of experience focused on the drafting and prosecuting of patents. He has worked with companies in a wide variety of technologies and of various sizes including small startups and multi-national corporations. He has counselled clients on patent portfolio strategy both domestically, in the U.S., and worldwide. Mr. Wilbar has also assisted clients going through due diligence, provided licensing and litigation support, and provided legal opinions including freedom to operate, invalidity, non-infringement, and patentability opinions.
Prior to joining Klein, O’Neill, and Singh, Mr. Wilbar worked at various law firms including KPPB LLP and Allen and Gledhill of Singapore.
